The Liberty Tower Elderly Studio preliminary waiting list will be open for online submissions on March 4, 2026 at 9:00 am (PST). The first 350 completed preliminary applications will be accepted and randomly sorted. This preliminary waiting list is for persons whose head of household is 62 years of age (elderly) or older. There are currently no vacancies.

Eligibility
- Applicant head of household must be 62 years of age (elderly) or older
- Applicants must pass all credit and criminal background checks
- Applicants must verify U.S. citizenship or legal immigration status
- Applicants must meet financial eligibility
- Applicants must meet income and asset eligibility

Rent is based on 30% of a household’s adjusted gross monthly income.
